Bandidas Launches a Food Truck

 

It’s always been a dream of ours to serve our community from beyond the four walls of our restaurant. Now we can bring tasty vegetarian options to festivals, parties, fundraisers, weddings, and wherever else you’ll have us. 

As of June 12th, our wheels will be parked at 1053 West Georgia Street (between Thurlow and Burrard on the north side of the street) every Monday to Friday (excluding STAT days) from 11:00am until 2:30pm and at special events as they arise.

To launch the truck we’ve partnered with Bryan Jang, a long time back-of-house employee, prep manager, and overall master of veggie wizardry. He joined our team in 2010, and we’ve since witnessed his family of two grow to four, supported him through the lengthy journey to permanent residency, and watched in awe as he remained a steady pillar throughout the restaurant’s growth. A few short months ago Bryan approached us with a solid and detailed business plan, and we all got to work to launch the truck in time for the 2017 summer season.
